申请广州居留证所需资料

（一）办理就业证必备资料required material for employment visa：

  1. 营业执照或登记证、注册证，代码证，国税证，地税证副本原件及复印件2份（公司盖章）；

the original and two copies of the business license or register license、code license、nation and local tax duplicate license.                  

  1. 受聘人有效护照原件及个人资料页和最新签证页的复印件各2份(公司盖章);

employee’s effective original passport and two copies of both personal information paper and the latest signed visa page(with company’s seal).

  1. 《聘用外国人就业申请表》（单位盖章）2份；经广州市公安局出入境管理部门核准

Application sheet for hiring foreigner working, 2 sheets (with company seal); approved by in an out management department, Guangzhou police station.

  1. 《外国人就业登记表》2份，填写签名、贴相片，并另附大一寸免冠彩色相片4张；

Registration sheet for foreigner employment, 2 sheets, fills the blank and sign, stick photo and attach one big inch chromo photograph without hat.

5.          《劳动合同》   2份

two working contract                                                                6、提供广州市外贸局工作邀请函1份原件。

Provide one copy of work invitation from Guangzhou foreign trade bureau.

7、提供总公司派遣证明或任职书等相应证明文件（并注明聘雇期限）原件2份；

Provide parent company’s two original assignment prove or other correspondent prove documents and give clear indication of employment term.

8、个人简历，文凭学历证明2份(个人签名)（如英文需翻译成中文）
